Terms & Conditions – Suds & Studs Pressure Washing

By using our website or booking a service with Suds & Studs Pressure Washing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

• All services must be booked and paid for online.

• After booking, a team member will contact you to schedule your service date and time.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or equipment issues.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund.

• Same-day cancellations may not be refunded.

• If we are unable to perform your service due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Service Area

We currently provide services within the Laramie, WY area. Services requested outside this area may incur a travel fee or be declined.

4. Property Condition

Customers are responsible for disclosing fragile surfaces, pre-existing damage, or specific concerns prior to service. Suds & Studs is not liable for any unreported or pre-existing issues.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution, Suds & Studs is not liable for:

• Damage to surfaces with pre-existing wear, cracks, or deterioration

• Issues resulting from client misuse after cleaning

• Delays due to weather, emergencies, or equipment failure

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe, access is restricted, or conditions were not accurately disclosed at the time of booking.

7. Add-On Work

Only services selected at checkout will be performed unless otherwise agreed upon during service. Any additional cleaning or requests will require approval and a separate invoice.

8. Photos & Media

We may take before-and-after photos or videos for quality assurance and marketing purposes. No identifying details (such as address or faces) will be included in public use.
